All fees once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to the Fee Refund Policy, if applicable. BICS reserves the right to revise fees and related charges without prior notice.

3. Code of Conduct:

Students must abide by the rules, regulations, and ethical standards laid down by the institution. Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institutional norms may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Course Modifications:

BICS reserves the right to revise course structure, duration, content, faculty, or delivery mode at its sole discretion, without any liability.

5. Intellectual Property:

All course materials, trademarks, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BICS and shall not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability:

BICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to placement outcomes.

7. Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts only.
